Hi,
My name is Devin & I have Tourette Syndrome. I am 8 years old. I started having tics when I was about 6. My first tic was throat clearing which I still have but now it is alot louder. I also sniff alot and rub my face. Sometimes I do it alot especially after gym. I got my Tourette from my dad who has tourette too. I can still do everything that other kids can do. Sometimes having tourette makes me feel really sad and sometimes my classmates make fun of me. I am kind of getting use to it though, and just ignore them. I take medicine twice a day which I had to learn to swallow. I can swallow the very easy now. At first the medicine made me very tired, but now I am use to it. I take piano lessons, kickboxing and violin. I like to dance and listen to music, and I love swimming. I want to learn to help other kids that have tourette so they wont be sad. I am the only one at my school that has tourette so its kind of scary and I am sure there are other kids out there that feel the same. hi there devin,my name is sharon i am a mum of 3 children and 2 of them have tourettes,,leah is 8 years old and michael is 16 years,leah finds your story interesting,as now she does,nt feel on her own,she is the only one in the school to who has ts,like u.thank u devin for your story,

i dont know anyone who has Tourette or something but for me Devin you should take those difficulties as a challenge of life.

hi good afternoon, My name is karette hosang okay im his mother from Malik HoSang-Walker he is only 12 yrs old okay he has ADHD but now he is tourette syndrome disorder is worst now at the school is not easy. hope my son will be alright. he is very diffucilty force at school work. he is trying his best he can. but not to be easy!
